What a Typical Evening Looks Like
The trip starts with a pickup from your hotel in the early afternoon. After a while, the buildings disappear and the dunes begin. The driver lets some air out of the tyres, and then the dune bashing starts. The 4x4 climbs each dune, tips over the top and slides down the other side. It's a bumpy ride, but most people love it.
After that, there's a sunset stop on top of a big dune. From there, you head to the camp for a camel ride, dinner and live shows. By about 9 PM, you're on your way back to your hotel.
Is Dune Bashing Safe?
The drivers know these dunes very well and drive them daily. Seatbelts stay on the whole way. If you feel car sick easily, eat light and sit in the front. Pregnant guests, people with back problems and parents with babies should tell us when they book, and we'll help you pick the right trip.
Questions We Hear Every Day
